Biography
Sarah Holloway brings something to WAFS that no textbook can teach: she's been on the other side of the desk. Before earning her CPA, she co-owned a small catering business in Ballard for five years — doing exactly what her clients do now: guessing at quarterly estimates, stress-filing in April, and wondering whether she was paying too much.
That experience makes her a sharper, more empathetic advisor. She specializes in the $1M–$15M business owner, helping them navigate growth transitions, entity restructuring, and proactive tax strategy. She works closely with Maggie Chen on the firm's real estate and professional services clients.
Sarah earned her accounting credentials while running her business and ultimately chose to dedicate her career to helping other entrepreneurs find financial clarity. She coaches youth soccer in Ballard and enjoys hiking in the Cascades.
