Join the Team
Join a Firm That Does Things Differently.
We left national firms to build something better. If you are a serious accountant or financial planner who wants to do high-impact work with senior mentorship and real client relationships, we should talk.
Why WAFS
You will work directly with senior partners from day one — no handoffs to junior staff after the first meeting
We operate year-round, not seasonally — planning and relationships, not tax season sprints
Our four service disciplines share a floor and a client roster — you will understand the full financial picture
We hire for growth — our senior managers came from associate roles at WAFS
