Biography
Marcus Webb joined WAFS in 2021 focused on how growing companies build financial systems that scale. His background spans startup operations, corporate finance, and public accounting.
After earning his MBA at the UW Foster School of Business, he worked as a financial analyst at a Series B SaaS company, helping build reporting infrastructure from early spreadsheets to a full NetSuite implementation. At WAFS, he works with founder-led companies in the $500K–$10M range, serving as their fractional financial leadership.
He has helped three clients close SBA 7(a) loans, supported two in preparing financial packages for angel investment rounds, and regularly helps technology founders navigate complex equity compensation models. He volunteers as a mentor at the Seattle Impact Institute.
