Margaret "Meg" Harrington, J.D., LL.M.

Meg founded Washington Law in 2009 with a conviction that Pacific Northwest businesses deserved legal counsel as entrepreneurial and driven as they were. After a decade at a national firm where she rose to partner before 40, she wanted to build something smaller, smarter, and entirely client-centered.

Today, Meg leads our business and corporate practice, advising companies from pre-revenue startups to established mid-market businesses on everything from entity formation to complex M&A transactions. She has guided over $200 million in business transactions and is known among her clients for her ability to distill complex legal matters into clear, actionable choices.

When she's not advising clients, Meg serves on the board of the Washington Women's Business Center and coaches her daughter's soccer team in Kirkland.
