James Ortega, J.D.

James joined Washington Law three years after its founding, bringing with him a decade of real estate law experience that spans residential closings in Bellevue, commercial acquisitions in the Central District, and complex investment structures from Olympia to Bellingham. He is the attorney Seattle's commercial real estate community calls when the transaction is complicated and the stakes are high.

Outside the office, James is a licensed pilot who spends weekends exploring the San Juan Islands and mentoring first-generation college students through the College Success Foundation.
